Responsibility

Svelaria declines any type of responsibility in the event of theft or accidents during the tour.

Terms and conditions

For tours where payment of an entrance fee to sites and museums is included, in the event of cancellation of the tour, the ticket is non-refundable unless they are closed due to strike or unforeseeable reasons. Our quotes for guide services DO NOT include lunch, entrance fees, and anything not specifically mentioned in the quote, unless otherwise specified in the schedule. The start time of the tour and the duration are agreed with the customer. In case of delay the customer will be required to pay extra or the time lost will be deducted from the duration of the tour.

Cancellation policy

Any amount already paid cannot be returned. For cancellation that occurs between 99 days and 80 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty; for cancellation that occurs between 79 days and 40 days before the arrival date: 75% penalty; for cancellation that occurs between 39 days and 0 days before the arrival date: 100% penalty. Tours also take place in bad weather.

Payment terms

Tours are booked upon advance payment of the full amount by bank transfer, including any entrance fees, within 15 days prior to the tour date. Payment by instant bank transfer is accepted in case of last minute within 72 hours prior to the tour date. Quotes for our tours are made in Euros.
