Una sirena

Naples has Greek origin, linked to the cult of the mermaid Partenope that gave its name to the first settlement founded by Euboian. It will be the persuasive voice of the charmer mermaid to guide us on a journey to discover ancient temples and mysterious caves that once housed pagan cults. From Piazza Plebiscito we will climb the top of Mount Echia, where the remains of a luxurious Roman villa are still visible, before reaching the impressive Castel dell'Ovo, built on the islet of Megaride, where the lifeless body of the mermaid arrived, refused by the mythical hero Odysseus, that turned in the morphology of the Naples area.
